Change is always possible — for you, for your relationship, for your family. If you’ve found your way here, you might be feeling stuck, hurt, or longing for closeness again. Maybe arguments keep circling without resolution. Perhaps you feel more like strangers than partners, or you’re walking on eggshells, worried about saying the wrong thing. Sometimes the hardest part is the loneliness of feeling disconnected, even when you’re sitting right beside each other.
If any of this feels familiar, please know you’re not alone — and things don’t have to stay this way.

How I Work
Counselling with me isn’t about blame or quick fixes. It’s about slowing down, really hearing each other, and gently uncovering the patterns that keep you stuck. Together, we’ll create space where both partners feel safe to share. You’ll learn new ways to communicate and listen without defensiveness, and step by step, we’ll work on rebuilding connection and intimacy.
My role is to support you with warmth and honesty, while also gently challenging the cycles that no longer serve you.

About Me

I know first-hand how relationships can shape our lives. Growing up in a home with conflict, and later experiencing unhealthy relationships myself, I understand how much hurt and hope can both live inside a partnership.
That’s why I became a counsellor — because I believe in second chances, in beginning again. In fact, that’s where the name Reborn Again Counselling comes from: a reminder that nothing is lost forever.
I hold a Level 6 Bachelor’s degree in Counselling (specialising in relationships and children & young people counselling), and a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. I work integratively, drawing on approaches like the Gottman Method and CBT, but I always ground my work in the person-centred approach — so you feel accepted, understood, and supported.

Services
I offer online couples counselling sessions, lasting 60 minutes. Most couples find weekly sessions helpful, though fortnightly can also work if that feels more manageable.
Sessions are £60 each. For those who wish to commit to the process, I also offer a package of six sessions for £300 (equivalent to £50 per session). Many couples find that booking a block not only helps create consistency and focus, but also builds a sense of commitment to themselves and their relationship — giving the work the best chance to bring lasting change.

What to Expect
Taking the first step can feel daunting — and that’s okay. You don’t have to have the right words. Just bring yourself, and we’ll figure it out together.
In our first session, we’ll simply explore what’s been happening and what you’re hoping for. There’s no pressure to continue if it doesn’t feel right — it’s your choice. From there, we’ll agree together on how best to move forward.

Crisis Support
Please note: counselling is not a crisis service. If you’re in immediate danger, call 999 or 112. For urgent emotional support, you can call Samaritans on 116 123.
