Find your way back to each other
Online couples counselling
Change is always possible — for you, for your relationship, for your family. If you’ve found your way here, you might be feeling stuck, hurt, or longing for closeness again. Maybe arguments keep circling without resolution. Perhaps you feel more like strangers than partners, or you’re walking on eggshells, worried about saying the wrong thing. Sometimes the hardest part is the loneliness of feeling disconnected, even when you’re sitting right beside each other.
If any of this feels familiar, please know you’re not alone and things don’t have to stay this way.
What to Expect
1. I start by meeting with each of you individually for one session. This gives you both space to share your side and helps me understand how best to support you.
2. After booking, you’ll receive a link to sign the working agreement, followed by a short, individual questionnaire.
3. Once both individual sessions are complete, we move into joint couples counselling sessions.
Taking the first step can feel daunting and that’s okay. You don’t have to have the right words. Just bring yourself, and we’ll figure it out together. In our first session, we’ll simply explore what’s been happening and what you’re hoping for. There’s no pressure to continue if it doesn’t feel right. it’s your choice. From there, we’ll agree together on how best to move forward.
How I Work
Counselling with me isn’t about blame or quick fixes. It’s about slowing down, really hearing each other, and gently uncovering the patterns that keep you stuck. Together, we’ll create space where both partners feel safe to share. You’ll learn new ways to communicate and listen without defensiveness, and step by step, we’ll work on rebuilding connection and intimacy.
My role is to support you with warmth and honesty, while also gently challenging the cycles that no longer serve you.
Services
Couples and Relationship Counselling
I offer online couples and relationship counselling for people who feel stuck in repeating patterns, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward together. Sessions provide space to slow things down, explore what is happening beneath conflict or distance, and work towards greater emotional safety and understanding.
This work is suited to couples experiencing communication difficulties, ongoing tension, emotional withdrawal, or a sense of disconnection, as well as those wanting to strengthen their relationship before difficulties escalate.
Individual Relationship Counselling
I also work with individual adults where relationship difficulties are impacting wellbeing. This may include challenges within romantic relationships, family relationships, or other close relational bonds.
Individual sessions offer space to explore emotional responses, relational patterns, and experiences of closeness, distance, or conflict, with the aim of increasing clarity, self understanding, and emotional resilience.
Sessions and Fees
Sessions are held online and last 60 minutes. Most clients find weekly appointments helpful, though fortnightly sessions can also work if that feels more manageable.
Sessions are £60 each. For those who wish to commit to the process, I also offer a package of six sessions for £300, equivalent to £50 per session. Many people find that pre booking a block of sessions not only helps create consistency and focus, but also builds a sense of commitment to themselves and their relationships, giving the work the best chance to bring lasting change.
About Me
I’m Jindřiška Harris, an online couples and relationship counsellor working with people across the UK.
I know first hand how relationships can shape our lives. Growing up in a home with conflict, and later experiencing unhealthy relationships myself, I understand how much hurt and hope can live together in a partnership. These experiences taught me early on that change is possible, even when it feels out of reach. That is why I became a counsellor, because I believe in second chances and in beginning again. In fact, that is where the name Reborn Again Counselling comes from, a reminder that nothing is lost forever.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Counselling, specialising in relationships and children & young people counselling, and a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling for individual adults. My work is attachment based, integrative, and relational, with a focus on understanding emotional responses, relationship patterns, and what helps people feel safer and more connected.
In sessions, I aim to help couples slow down, explore patterns that keep them stuck, and build greater emotional safety and understanding between them. I also work with individual adults and relational issues beyond romantic partnerships, where relationship difficulties are impacting wellbeing. I work with warmth, honesty, and gentle challenge when needed, always with your experience at the centre.
